Location Saudi Arabia Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and welleducated Project Manager to join our team specializing in agricultural construction projects particularly greenhouses and other specialized agricultural facilities This role requires a skilled professional who can lead negotiations with clients oversee project timelines and ensure the successful delivery of highquality results The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural construction exceptional client management skills and proficiency in periodic reporting Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is a plus Key Responsibilities Manage the entire lifecycle of agricultural construction projects particularly greenhouses and specialized agricultural facilities from planning through completion Lead client negotiations ensuring all project requirements budgets and timelines are clearly communicated and agreed upon Collaborate with design engineering and construction teams to meet project specifications and highquality standards Monitor project budgets timelines and resources ensuring objectives are met efficiently Conduct regular site visits and inspections maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements Prepare and present periodic reports on project progress budget updates and any potential risks or issues for clients and senior management Facilitate project meetings ensuring clear communication among all team members and stakeholders Ensure timely and onbudget project delivery consistently meeting client expectations for quality
