KalSoft is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in ETL and Data Warehouse solutions to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a solid background in delivering complex projects within the banking and financial services sector and are capable of managing end-to-end project lifecycles while ensuring quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful delivery within defined scope timelines and budget.
- Oversee the complete project lifecycle including planning execution monitoring and closure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders business teams and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Manage ETL processes and Data Warehouse implementations ensuring data accuracy integrity and optimal performance.
- Identify project risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices standards and regulatory requirements within the banking domain.
- Maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry (Mandatory)
- Strong expertise in ETL processes and Data Warehouse management (Mandatory)
- Proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects
- Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure
