A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers They will serve as the main point of contact for customers assisting them with inquiries resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction This role requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers with product information pricing and order statusResolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the cause identifying possible solutions and implementing resolutionsEscalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisorKeep accurate records of customer interactions and transactionsProcess returns exchanges and refunds according to company policiesProvide feedback and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiencyStay updated on product knowledge company policies and industry trendsCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure customer needs are metAdhere to company guidelines and standards for customer service excellence Preferred Candidate Prior experience in a customer service roleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ArabicStrong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilitiesAbility to handle difficult customers and resolve conflictsEmpathy and patience when dealing with customer inquiries or complaintsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeepingAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environmentProficient in using customer service software and CRM systemsFlexibility to work in shifts including weekends and public holidaysPositive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
