Strategic Project Leadership:
Directs large-scale electrical projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals, stay within budget, and meet strict deadlines.Team Mentorship & Growth:
Actively recruits, onboards, and develops engineering staff through performance reviews, training, and coaching.Technical Oversight:
Provides high-level guidance on electrical design, equipment selection, and troubleshooting for complex product or process problems.Stakeholder Management:
Serves as the primary liaison between engineering teams, clients, vendors, and upper management to build consensus and resolve conflicts.Quality & Compliance:
Enforces rigorous safety standards (e.g., NEC, IEEE) and quality control procedures to minimize technical risks and ensure regulatory compliance.Key Skills for Success
Creative Problem Solving:
Ability to apply ingenuity to resolve intricate product line or process deviations.Financial Acumen:
Expertise in forecasting requirements, managing annual budgets, and analyzing financial variances.Interdisciplinary Collaboration:
Proficiency in coordinating work across multiple engineering disciplines and external subconsultants.Operational Excellence:
Use of advanced project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to drive efficiency.B.S. in Engineering field or equivalent combination of education/experience14+ years of related engineering and management experienceProject Management Experience is MUSTExcellent communication skill and Must be Bilingual (English / Arabic)
