We are partnering with a FMCG client in Saudi Arabia to appoint an HR Director This role will work closely with the leadership team to strengthen culture and performance build leadership capability and ensure HR operations and compliance are run to a high standard Core Responsibilities Strategic HR Leadership Lead the HR agenda for the Saudi business aligned to company goals Partner with leadership on workforce planning organisational structure and succession Drive culture engagement and change initiatives as the business scales Talent Capability Leadership Development Strengthen leadership and manager capability across functions Build succession plans and develop highpotential talent Drive practical learning and development programs linked to business needs Support Saudization Nitaqat goals and local talent development HR Operations Governance Ensure smooth HR operations across the employee lifecycle onboarding to exits Oversee performance management and reward practices comp benefits Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law GOSI and related requirements Maintain strong employee relations and handle sensitive matters fairly and professionally
