Role Purpose: Responsible for designing and setting up an organization's networked computing infrastructure, ensuring that the system runs smoothly and efficiently, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·               Consult with business managers to determine how best to meet customers – and the organization's – requirements.

·               Lead the vendors to deliver prober software design, software testing scenarios, and documentation.

·               Design and develop system and program requirements; develop and communicate overall design approach.

·               Determine how existing systems might meet emerging requirements.

·               Create software test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

·               Review design changes, update program/system requirements as needed.

·               Explain programs and systems to technical writers, for the development of technical and/or end-user documentation.

·               Stay informed of emerging technologies; determine how they might be useful to the organization.

·               Analyze software-related issues and propose solutions.

·               Fix software problems and test solutions prior to implementing them.

·               Obtain and log customer feedback for the purpose of process improvement

·               Maintain database backups with internal IT team as well as external providers.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

·               2-3 years' experience

·               Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, computer engineering and any related field

·               Good knowledge in Operating System (Setup and Configuration)
