Job Description

Reporting to the Department Manager, the Process Coordinator is responsible for executing assigned tasks across various operation-related departments, including logistics, production, procurement, and warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Support operational departments with administrative tasks.
  • Manage document submission and retrieval per project requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure timely availability of necessary documents.
  • Facilitate internal communication and prioritize tasks across departments.
  • Coordinate document transmittals with the client team.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and project users to assess satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, including workspace setup and equipment allocation.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping and update financial systems.
  • Support vendor relationship management.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be flexible to work overtime as needed.
  • Adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards.
  • Participate in internal audits according to API Q1 & ISO 9001 standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
  • College diploma or degree in Supply Chain or related field.
  • Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking) and basic arithmetic skills.
  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • At least 2 years of document control experience in manufacturing.
