A Key Account Sales Representative is responsible for managing and nurturing long-term relationships with an organization's most important clients, known as key accounts. Their tasks generally fall into the categories of relationship management, sales growth, strategic planning, and coordination.

Key Tasks of a Key Account Sales Representative

1. Account Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and business processes.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.

4. Customer Support & Satisfaction

  • Handle complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with clients.

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Experience:

â–ª Minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in KSA FMCG market.

â–ª Must Maintain a valid drive license.

Location:

Makka, Madina, Khamis Mushait and Jazan.
