Location Saudi Arabia Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly educated Project Manager to join our team specializing in construction management for cold storage and warehouse facilities This role requires a skilled negotiator who will lead client interactions manage project timelines and ensure the delivery of highquality results The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the construction industry particularly in projects involving cold storage and warehouses and will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic Key Responsibilities Oversee all phases of construction projects for cold storage and warehouse facilities from planning to completion Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction Coordinate with design engineering and construction teams to ensure project specifications are met Develop and manage project budgets timelines and resources to meet project objectives Conduct regular site visits and quality assessments ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards Prepare and present detailed weekly reports on project status including progress updates budget tracking and any issues or risks to senior management and clients Lead project meetings providing updates and facilitating communication among all stakeholders Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining highquality standards
