Plastic Injection Machine OperatorRegion: Riyadh‏We are seeking a highly experienced Plastic Injection Machine Operator with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection molding operations. The candidate must be skilled in mold fitting, machine setup, operating systems, and solving all types of machine, mold, and production problems.‏Responsibilities: ‏ Operate and supervise plastic injection molding machines efficiently‏ Perform mold installation, mold fitting, alignment, and changeovers‏ Set and optimize machine parameters for different plastic materials‏ Diagnose and resolve machine, mold, and process-related issues‏ Ensure consistent product quality and minimize defects‏ Perform preventive maintenance and basic repairs‏ Reduce machine downtime and material waste‏ Train and guide junior operators when required‏ Follow all safety and quality standards‏Requirements:  Minimum 6 years of experience as a Plastic Injection Machine OperatorStrong expertise in injection molding machines, molds, and operating systemsProven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex production problemsIn-depth knowledge of plastic raw materials and processing conditionsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood communication and teamwork abilities
